You mentally cursed yourself. *Dammit! _______, you woke up late again!* You bit your lip and peered at Minwoo, then back at the clock. *He probably thinks I’m a really lazy person now!* You slowly turned around to face Minwoo’s curious face once again. His head was tilted to one side cutely. “Umm… I guess you’re hungry, right?” You asked awkwardly. You still weren’t very used to his presence yet. Minwoo let out an energetic grin, “Not in the very least. I’m used to hunger strikes, you know?” *…Hunger strikes…? Oh yeah… he used to be homeless.* You felt a little wave of guilt whoosh upon you. Minwoo noticed your sorrowful gaze and laughed it off, “Why do you look so guilty? It’s completely fine that you slept in.” “It’s not that…” You softly began to say, but decided against it at the very last moment. Abruptly, you stood up, “Anyways, I should still make you something to eat...” Minwoo stood up too, and you looked up at him. You realized that he was much taller than you, no matter how childish he seemed. “No, no. You go wash up and take a shower or something first, you know, to wake you up. I’ll make brunch.” He gave you a reassuring look. Your eyes widened in surprise, “You know how to cook?” Minwoo raised an eyebrow, “Who do you take me for? I might’ve been homeless, but I’m still human.” He joked lightly. You waved the thought away, “But still—“ “Ssst.” Minwoo reprimanded, “You’re still not fully awake yet. I can tell. I’ll make breakfast, and you don’t have to worry about a thing. I promise I won’t burn down your house. After all, a girlfriend has to trust her boyfriend, isn’t that right?” M
